What a AMAZING day at Richmond Champ Show!!
A lovely close show, where we don't have to travel on the M25, but that was a only bonus to the day!
The day started off with a small mis-hap - on the way into the show we managed to lose our suit carrier, but a lovely person handed it back in!
Murphy then went into Yearling dog, where he got 1st, although his handler slipped over a couple of times!
Boo then went into Open Dog and also won! There was 7 other dogs in there so we were amazed!
He then went onto get his 5th CC! and Little man Murph got shortlisted to the final 3 for the CC as well. He was handled by me instead of Jess, but he managed to show really well!
Thank you to the judge Gordon Harran!
Murph then went into a yearling stakes and got 4th out of 37!
Thank you to the judge Stuart Plane!
Fantastic day and it was lovely to have the sun out as well!!

Jess trains Hebe in junior handling and she was entered in the JHA Semi-Finals! She ended up getting 6th out of 17!, which is super for not only her first ever Semi-Final but her first ever Champ Show! So very proud!
Jess & Boo were also entered in JHA where they ended up getting 4th out of 23! Then they rushed off to go in the 2 stakes classes they were entered in- YKC and Good Citizen.
Boo also won up the YKC Stakes joining his son in the semi-finals at Crufts!
They also got 5th in good citizen stakes out of 24!

Murphy
Horler’s Kintalis Winter's Knight, what a great young dog he is & performing well today! He stole my heart. Excellent type. Very nice masculine head with good proportions. Excellent body & balance. Very nice forechest & excellent angulations, perhaps just needs a little more in upper arm. Correct bone & feet, correct coat structure. Moving extremely well for such a young dog, good reach in front & drive behind with correct tail action & a most pleasing temperament. He was BPD & later also became BP;
Bentley
Horler’s Sh Ch Lourdace Stable Lad at Rackens ShCM, another lovely boy, very nice type of dog, correct type, a little different in type to winner. Very Gordon Setter overall with no exaggerations. Nice masculine head & expression. Excellent body, angulations & bone. Excellent forechest, correct level topline. Nice coat structure & featherings. Moving very well with good strong drive. RCC. Found out later he is a half-brother to the CC winner.
Connor
Horler’s Aldabrook Morning Glory at Rackens, this is a very nice dog with correct type & balance. Looking very well for age, will be 9 in a couple of months. Nice head, just needs a little more stop for me. Excellent body, angulations & bone. Nice correct coat & moved well around;

Lovely day at Windsor, although only having the little man there. We choose this show to celebrate Murph getting his JW with his breeder. We all had a lovely picnic even though there was hardly any sun! ;) It was extra bonus that Murphy won his class Yearling Dog! Thank you to the judge: Ben Bennet

At Windsor Gundog, Jess got to meet this lovely lady! And she is so much like her daddy! They even got 3rd today even though she wasn't so settled on the move but showed brilliantly!
Thank you so much to Marcus & Jane Passmore for letting Jess show her, she is such a sweetheart! Love her! 😍
